Novice Award

The NOVICE AWARD is awarded annually to that novice member of the New Canaan High School Men's Crew and that novice member of the New Canaan High School Women's Crew who, in the opinion of their coaches, demonstrates an unbridled enthusiasm for rowing, a high degree of motivation to learn and embraces the spirit of New Canaan High School rowing.
